But when they come in less than stellar fashion against DII competition on our homefield in front of strong support it is somewhat disappointing.

In fact, I can hear the public high school's drumlines kicking it out most Friday nights in the fall...great sound IMO.No but it probably wouldn't hurt...I'll talk to the battery leader about getting more into it for the next game and thereafter. And the band not playing enough issue...I can see some validness in that...I can talk to Kevin the head drum major about that and see that it is rectified as well. Now the shirt color reminding you of Coastal...sorry Charlie, youre gonna have to swallow it on that one. Dr Kerr is not gonna go out and order 200 brand new band shirts in a different color, because some folks don't like it. I mean yeah its not the color I would have chosen personally but that is why Im not the band director, Im on the field crew (as a side note btw I am not sure I got to high five any of yall when I was crossing in front of the student section tonight)

SO does the band still suck?BJ, my wife attended her first football game in several years, and the first thing she wanted to know was if that was our band or the other team's. From the baptist side, the Shippensburg coaches were right below you, and it looked like their coaches had the same color polo shirts as the LU band.

Here's Liberty's conundrum. Sure, it's fun to watch the defense and special teams do all the heavy lifting week in and week out. It happened again Saturday night against Shippensburg. Wynton Jackson returned a punt 88 yards for a touchdown and Pat Calvary returned an interception 61 yards for a score in the Flames' 35-14 win at Williams Stadium.
