Drove up to Mammoth, was going to LA traffic so I pulled off at the Irvine Spectrum and killed 2 hours. Pulled into Mammoth late late late. Went to bed at 3am.
T- slept in til the afternoon. I don’t log miles on my birthday, it’s sorta tradition.
F- went for another long run. 19 miles 1:57. Sherwin Creek road down to 395 to 203 back around Mammoth and up to the condo.

PM- hung out with the Altitude Project guys, talked with Jimmer etc. bonfire late. Dan pulled in at 9:30 from Oregon. We ran 6 miles at 12:15 in the morning. While other guys are sleeping, we’re training… or something like that.
