Liberty Races to 3-0, Season-Opening Win Over UNCG

Liberty opened its 2015 campaign with a resounding 3-0 (25-18, 25-17, 25-17) victory over the visiting UNCG Spartans, Friday at the Vines Center.

Caroline wasn't her usual dominant self last night finishing with only 7 kills, and has yet to make an appearance in today's matchup if the live stats are any indication Hannah only had one kill last night and just one kill so far in today's match. Course with Caila transferring to San Diego my guess is they have not developed the chemistry with the new starting setter Anna Willey which may have something to do with that.

Lady Flames take the title, defeating Fairleigh Dickinson 3-1 and Hampton, defending MEAC champion, 3-0.

Gabrielle Vess and the Vorster sisters made some noise as they seemed to gel with Anna Willey.
