Big South Tournament Thread

We got the 2 seed, and we play our first game on Wednesday at 3:00 against either the winner of 6 Radford vs. 7 Charleston Southern or 5 High Point vs. 8 UNC-A.

Radford won...
...UNCA and HPU tied at 2 going into the 9th.

If UNCA wins, we play Radford. If HPU wins, we get the Panthers.

UNCA beat HP 3-2 in 10... We play RU at 3pm...

Radford used its best pitcher -- Eric Evans -- throwing him 8-plus. I would think Adam Hoyt (5-5, 5.20 ERA) gets the start today. David Stokes (8-4, 2.89) goes for LU.

I was just with someone who was on the phone with David...she say's he's ready to go...I trust her opinion...gametime 8)

i really feel like this could be a special weekend for the guys. coastal is gonna make the regionals anyway, and our pitchers are rested and ready to go so we have a great shot at winning the tournament this weekend.

A special weekend means their firstbase coach (Bowls) wont be at our softball game this week :cry: not good

Don't want to be too negative, but the guys are going to have to play much better defense than they have so far to win the whole thing. That being said, I hope we win them all.
