LU clinches Big South tourney spot

Not that it is huge news, but since WU swept CSU and VMI only took one game against Coastal, Liberty clinches a spot in the Big South tournament without even playing a single conference game this past weekend...The Flames join Winthrop, High Point, and Birmingham-Southern as the teams that have already clinched...Coastal and UNCA will likely be the other two teams in the field, though the other three teams have not been officially eliminated yet...

Speaking of which, where is the tourney this year? Winthrop? or is it Coastal's turn to host? Or Winthrop's again? Or Coastal's, again?

And once again, the event coincides with Memorial Day and The Atlantic Bike Festival (AKA Black Biker Week). Hotels will be at a premium for those fans wanting to catch the tournament.

OMG, I WILL NEVER FORGET THAT WEEK IN MY LIFE. I was like 12 and a very sheltered child meanwhile we pulled into MB and at every stop light there were bikes with a dude driving and a girl on the back with her underwear up to her back and guys walking around with video cameras like it was girls gone wild....My father was so mad of all weeks he chose that week for our family vacation (before the BS Tourny was there) all you hear is VROOOM VROOM all night long.....very little sleep that week, but boy I became a man!
