Liberty Baseball Begins Fall Ball

The Liberty baseball team opened a new era this afternoon, as the Flames began fall practice at Worthington Stadium. Under the guidance of a new coaching staff, led by head coach Jim Toman, the Flames practiced for the first time as a full team, Friday.

Fall will be most interesting. I believe walk-on tryouts are Saturday. Coach is already working on getting some improvements through for the fieldhouse. The man is awesome.

I can think of an improvement that should be at the top of the list.
