Can I just say LU's usual Live Stats page is soooooo much better than what the Big South is throwing out there right now?

Winthrop vs. Liberty tomorrow @ 8:00...LU should be confident knowing they just swept WU a couple of weeks ago...WU should be hungry to prove that they can beat the Flames. Should be a good matchup. I know Jason Franzblau is pitching for WU...who will be on the mound for LU? Solbach?

Whew. I'm in full baseball vacation mode and caught 18 innings today. Good timing for my job switch.
I'll be there tomorrow for the game. The tournament has been pretty entertaining so far, from the blonde mullet, wife beater, jean shorts wearing app st. receiver named Jim Bob heckling Coastal all day, to an HP player nearly killing a teamate from throwing his bat in disgust into his own dugout from the plate after a strikeout. And of course our pitiful bullpen (or management of) almost costing us a game. I also saw a catcher interference two straight times at the plate for the same batter (when does that happen), and a catcher interference in a pickle rundown awarding the runner home plate.
I also have the worst farmer's tan in history now
Should be fun tomorrow.

nice win by the flames, now it gets even tougher paying the home team. im sure winthrop will be hungry and ready for some revenge after getting swept in the burg. our pitching staff is rested so it should be a good game. here is the wrap from libertyflames.com
