the highlanders limp into lynchburg after getting swept by UNCA last weekend. radford's game tuesday against app st. was cancelled due to the VT tragedy. the highlanders are 8-25 overall and 1-11 in the big south. game times are 3pm friday, 12pm saturday, and 2pm sunday. a great opportunity to get a sweep as radford has been dreadful for years. the weather will be great this weekend so come out and support the guys.

Radford may have one of the sorriest D-I baseball programs around...certainly bottom ten. A sweep is a must.

We need to come out strong against these guys. There are definitely not very good, but are fairly scrappy, and if you let them hang around they will have a chance. They don't swing it too bad and can get rolling if you let them stay in it. A sweep is definitely needed!!

at the risk of extending any kind of sympathy to RadfUrd- that poor team is just pathetic.

Very hard to watch a whole game. I saw 6 innings today, left when we were up 4-1, and witnessed the following by the Highlanders: 2 struck batters, a balk, an outfield collision, a batter-interference that negated a stolen base, and a horrendous base running mistake that resulted in an easy out for us on what should have been a nice shot to right.

We needed this in a big way considering who is coming up with the 3 top teams in the conference and Arizona. Radford did beat JMU and JMU swept us so it was a good weekend for the team.
