Jalen Guy just made an incredible play to preserve a 2-1 lead in the top of the 7th. Sliding catch coming in from center with the bases loaded, 1 out, then throws a strike to home to get the runner. His bat's been coming around lately too.

Liberty looks really good today and is up 14-0 in the 4th. Lipscomb looks extremely overmatched.

Final score 18-1. FR Nick Willard gets his first win with 4 hitless innings as the starter. FYI, Nick was the HS teammate of fellow FR pitcher Trey Gibson last year. Now it looks like both are in our weekend rotation. Nick has only given up 1 run in over 14 innings this year.

Correction, Nick and Trey are both from Yorktown, VA, but Trey attended Grafton HS, while Nick went to York HS. Still a pretty small world for them both to end up in our rotation.
