Tonight's first of 3 scheduled games with the Rams has been cancelled due to rain. Does not appear it will be rescheduled as a double-header tomorrow or Sunday.

This is actually good for us, as we went through a lot of pitchers with the 2 mid-week games.

No need to start a new thread. But to make top 45 rpi we need to sweep last 7 games. Not sure how losing one of those seven to weather will affect things...guess we can find out tomorrow.

I read last year that very few mid majors hitting that rpi threshold missed getting a bid.

Flames scored 4 in the 9th today to tie it at 4 only to give it up the winning room in the bottom of the 9th

Salvaged the final game today. Sitting at 30 and 19 with 4 to play and 53rd in rpi. At this point an atlarge is unlikely unless we win out and finished 2nd in tourney. Still playing for seeding if we do win the tourney. A strong finish would keep us on the 3 line rather than 4.

Degroat pitched the last 4 innings and did not give up a run. That is a positive sign IMHO.

I would like to see our RPI go up.
