Looking at the schedule, I can see why they are 40-9. Still we will have our hands full especially at their stadium.

Schedule is clearly not as tough as ours, but giving up only 22 runs in the last 12 conference games is getting it done on the mound. It is how it should be - if we play well, we can take the series. If not, we will come home dejected heading into the homestretch with only one series left to turn it around.

Their schedule is clearly weaker than LU's. I see only one ACC team there, (NC State).

Loading up on ACC teams does not a strong schedule make. Now if you had said that they are lacking teams that qualified for the NCAA tournament last year or something, youd have a point. By the way, (and no this is not meant as an attack so PLEASE for the love of God dont get defensive when I say this), if you look carefully, they do have Duke on the schedule which would mean they have two ACC teams on the schedule.

again can't be stated enough, worst hitting/plate approach liberty team the past 10-15 years.

hopefully Roberts, Mordhart, Seiz, and couple of the new juco's can hit. or at least draw walks

he has alot of hype and supposed to be a really good hitter if you google him

Heard from a parent that there was some drama that went down between the coaches, players, umpires, and parents after the game. They didn't give me details but said it didn't look good. Can anyone that was there or knows other details fill in the gaps?

Wasn't there but when they were here last year, they, Campbell, are intense. The parents are the rudest and most vocal of any parents I have ever seen in all my years being around and coaching baseball - I think the word is obnoxious.

I was listening to the last three innings and I could tell the fans were being obnoxious. Didn't Smooth almost fight a parent last year? They're pretty bad.

They were talking about our parents, not Campbell's. From what I could tell, our parents were chirping at the umps and our coaches said something about the parents.

Wimmer getting tossed was completely out of character for him. That was weird.

four errors so far tonight. Campbell scored 4 so far in 3rd w/ 2 outs.

Flames lose 4-2. Had bases loaded in 9th and to no avail, had a runner on 3rd in 8thw/ no outs can't score. So frustrating. There 4 runs in 3rd came with 3 outs. Need to win Sunday.

and sweep Radford . . . the best we can do now is pull a MBB finish to the season. For what it's worth I and wife are praying for the team to get healthy and make a late season run.
