Meanwhile, with all this realignment talk today, Liberty leads ODU 4-2 in the 8th inning. 2 run bomb for Danny Grauer is the difference offensively, while Jared Lyons was outstanding, going 6 innings allowing two runs, walking 1 and striking out 2

Liberty wins 6-2. Ashton Perritt plays the first 8 innings in right and nails it down in the 9th. Ryan Cordell launches his team leading fifth home run to give the Flames some cushion

Good game by the guys today. Hope they can build on it, but we haven't so far this year.

I saw that Close got a couple of hits in the game. Good for him. I hope he gets some of his confidence back from this. Lord knows we could use him down the stretch...

I hope so. He seems to be making better contact atleast, sure could use another bat before tourney time.

Good game, great pitching , timely hitting. Need to do that each game remainder of season.
