I love the logo. It is a rare case of a Catholic institution having a sense of humor.

FLAMES WIN, 4-0
Brooks Roy gives us 8 strong scoreless innings: faced 32 batters- 5 s/o, 1 BB
Wimmer oh-fer, but Aanderud went 2 for 4 w/ 2 RBI
line also shows Lacik went 2/2 with a stolen base

Great pitching performance by Brooks Roy today. Siena really only hit about 3 or 4 balls hard and 2 of them were foul. He really had the curveball going today and he was locating the fastball. Perritt averaged 91 mph and topped out at 93. Our fielding and pitching is going to keep us into just about every game this year. If we can get our lineup healthy (Grauer) and a few more guys hitting this could be the best team yet. That infield is deathly slow but it gives completely true hops it seems.

from what little I was able to listen to - I heard Nick say something to the effect that this was the first time he can remember the team having 3 or 4 guys you can roll out at any time with the ability to throw in the low 90's
thats pretty special.
hope the arms hold up tho

as usual - enjoyed Nick Pierce immensely. Even MrsPA was drawn into the game with me.

For old timers like Smoothie, I'd recommend one of those white rocking chairs--they are close to concessions AND the bathroom.

Hey SMOOTHIE nothing to worry about. The peanut vendors can make the throw to our seats. And we can buy as much form the concession stand as we want -- because we didn't spend all of our money on the Seats cause
they were Cheap.
