Though the sarcasm is appreciated, SC is one of the top teams in the country annually and probably has the budget to be able to maintain a grass field and keep it among the tops in the country

We all know that B.J. Relax. The big thing here is how the gamecocks will fare without ray tanner coaching the team. Holbrook has been there since 08 but it will be different. We will compete and it would not surprise me if we take a game, but the preseason #7 gamecocks will be a Great measuring stick to see where we are in the early season.

Itll be interesting to see if he has a similar philosophy to Coach Tanner or if he completely revamps because he is the "new sheriff in town". Itd be downright huge to take a series from the team that has been to the CWS finals the last three years, winning two, and probably hasnt lost a non-conference series at home in a very long time

Been reading the Carolina fan forum sites that have alot of details on their scrimmages. Both weekend starters back from last year supposedly have looked very sharp while the Sunday starter spot will have a veteran returning from Tommy John that was fabulous in 2009 as a Freshman.
Great series to start the year. Wish the weather had helped our guys out over the past few weeks but hopefully our guys will be ready. With our inexperienced arms, it will be important for the team and us fans to not overreact one way or the other.
One positive thing about the rest of the season after this series is that I won't have to be on hold on with ticketmaster for a half hour trying to get through to get tickets just to get in the building - should be fun.

According to the USC board
http://forum.wiziwig.eu/threads/81388-N ... Discussion will be streaming it for free. So I assume that is what you meant by best.
