I think they'll get a game in Friday and Saturday, but it looks like Sunday could be a rainout.
Note to the Admins: I'm not sure if you want me to post individual games, or just the series overall. Feel free to change that if you wish.

Knock yourself out. I do have a life outside of this place contrary to what some believe.

I was just trying to remember how we did it last year. But I guess I could have just simply looked. Oh well my fault lol

Good to have a game like this right away for the Frosh arms to get into. Herndon struggled, loading the bases with a walk, double, and HBP, then got a popup for the 1st out. He was replaced by yet another Frosh in Jared Lyons who got a GIDP to get out of the 8th and preserve the shutout for another inning.

No surprise from Niggs. The lineup was a welcomed sight today. The only thing that i didn't really expect was Trey at 3b. Either way sounds like Toman has found 3 or 4 more juco guys that can swing the stick, amazing how he always does that. I think it's clear we have our ace and a good lineup. Let's hope we have some more arms behind him.

yoiks early start. Guarantee half of campus isnt even up yet.
Live stats show us still up 3-0, top of the 4th
Box score has LU 3R, 7H, 0E and Towson 0R, 1H, 2E
nice

4-0 rbi groundout, grauer is out of the game with an apparent spraiend finger. Could be a long day testing Wimmer's surgically repaied knee catching 2 games. Now 5-0 Mrob with a run scoring double, he is absolutely raking. So is Tyler Cox and Grauer was. Eckelbarger is throwing a lot of pitches but Towson isn't scratching.
I looked up last years stats, Richmond and Towson were right around .500 and Citadel was awful at 20 and 36 (surprising for them, they are a solid program). Pitching change now, flames have chased the Towson starter.

Whoever is doing the "live" stats has fallen asleep. There's a missing out in the top of the 5th play by play, the graphic showed someone for Towson striking out that isn't listed in the lineup, and the updates seem to be coming once every blue moon.
The positive to take away is what looks to be another solid start from our staff. If the young guys can work their way into things with some early success, this could be a really good season.
