Allows more time to work the batting gloves.

Batters should leave on-deck circle ready to step in box and hit.

My favorite "delay" is the batter with a sub .200 BA, at the plate with 2 outs, no one on base and count of 0-2 on him. He steps out of box and stares at coach waiting for a magical sign .

Looks like the batters eye is in...shadows covering the seating area though so I cant get a read on how that is looking

can someone down there explain what the green insulation board hanging from the roof over the upper deck is for?

My guess is that the green insulation board will be used between the roof and the box's below. It will be pulled back into place when the press box and other boxes are finished and will insulate the space between the ceiling and the roof.
