With the weather forecast calling for rain Saturday PM and Sunday, let's hope they start the DH early.

If we struggle this weekend it may be time to hit the panic button.....

I hate to admit, but that was my thought as well. Clearly VMI showed they could push the Bearcats around. If we struggle, it doesn't look good for entering league play.
But it is still too early to push the button quite yet. A solid weekend with the bats coming alive could be just what the doctor ordered.

You must have that panic button right next to your mouse ready to hit it...

We can't get out of the first inning without giving up runs. We are playing from behind every game.

Liberty leads 4-2 going to the bottom of the sixth. Justin Sizemore says "I got your panic button right here" and crushes one to the deepest part of the park in the bottom of the 4th after the Bearcats got one to tie it in the top half

After giving up a run in the 4th Keegan Linza has had it stuck on automatic. We will see if they send him out for the 9th and he can get the CG

We didn't, but he did pitch extremely well - not very many hard hit balls at all. Nice work!

linza has thrown well all 3 starts, if only we could get some other consistent starting pitching. Sizemore might be the key if he can consistenly hit the breaking pitch. he had 2 solid singles against tech the other day as well. I think he may fill one of those holes if he can ride this hot streak and keep his confidence up.
