From memory, it appears Neufang and Giannini are the only noticeable subtractions of underclassmen. That stinks because I thought Giannini could have been something down the road. I also had hoped Neufang would recover the power he had in JUCo with consistent at bats. Looks like we will a new catcher, 2b, CF for sure. Unless Trey catches and a new 1b.

Interesting. They are a powerhouse whose alumni include a slew of Major Leaguers including a pair of best buddies who wound up in the news a year or so ago .... Clemens & Pettitte. They play near my parents house but despite their fantastic program (built by Rice head coach Wayne Graham before he moved to Rice) they don't draw many fans ... at all.
