There's sort of a really big baseball series this weekend.
Like really really big.
VMI is a top 30 team in the polls. They're top 50 in the RPI. They just beat UVA by nine.
Get to the ballpark this weekend. Games are at 7 on Friday, 4 on Saturday, and 1 on Sunday.

no disrespect to VMI, but UVA did throw their worst midweek starter wednesday, but the keydets are solid for sure.

I agree that they didn't beat UVA's best players (top hitter was out too), but a win over UVA is a win over UVA. Their schedule hasn't been that great but you don't win that many games without being decent. If we can win two of three we'll be in good shape.

oh i agree. VMI is solid and when you beat a high ranked team it's a big deal. we have the guns to take the series.

Great crowd at the game today and nice comeback by the Flames. It was good to see a few old friends and meet a few Flamefans. Let's get the sweep.
