In the Clemson, SC regional as 4-seed...with Coastal the #2 seed in the Chapel Hill regional.

Yeah, as the #1 seed in the BSC we get the Auto-Bid... we still have to beat Coastal in the playoffs.

The auto bid goes to the tournament winner. We need to get to 40+ wins plus a good showing in the tourney to get an at-large.

Yeah that's what I meant... it will be tough to get to at-large status, but I suppose like Kevin Garnett, anything is possible.

Can't blame anyone for being optimistic, just be careful not to let others set your expectations for you. I hope and pray we make the NCAAtourney and play well. I am a little concerned about our pitching, but we are certainly on a road for continuous improvement and success.

Hopefully this is the year we can get over the hump and win the tourney but you are right Pitching is going to be key for us.

What's weird is that it has us getting the auto-bid, but CCU is represented as a #2 seed.

My point was that it has us winning the conference (and thus getting the auto-bid), while it concedes that COastal is a better team (and deserving of a higher seed).

I thought you meant weird as in "Getting ripped off".
