Game time now 5 PM.
The game is the first of four games this weekend between Temple (2-2) and Liberty (3-3). After tomorrow’s single game, the Owls and Flames will meet in a doubleheader Saturday afternoon beginning at Noon, followed by a single game to wrap-up the series, Sunday.

Should be a great weekend for warm weather baseball.

Walked by the baseball field at about 8:50 this morning, and Coach Toman was out there in his baseball pants using a squeegee in front of the dugout. The right side grass near the outfield is all brown and looks like Sly and friends had a rodeo out there. Hopefully everything will be dried out by gametime at 5:00. I love the new bullpens behind the outfield, and they are building something beside our press box (maybe a new press box?).

It should also be noted from that release that we are making up one of the snowouts games by making Saturday a twinbill starting at noon.

What a BEAUTIFUL night for baseball...wind blowing out...nice and relatively warm...and the FLAMES WIN 12-2. Steven Evans goes 6+ for the win. Matt Williams 4-6, Curran Redal 4-4, and Jeff Jefferson 2-3.
