We were in the game every game this weekend with a team that's ranked in the top 20. I think that shows very well how we can do in conference.

The game ended on a weird play...Cody Brown hit a ball to 2nd...they forced Giammaresi, relayed to first...Brown beat it out...but he turned and took a foot toward second...the first baseman tagged him and he was called out to end the game...one of those really tough things that you dont want to see end a game...but plenty of good things to take away from this weekend for sure though

Hate to see a close game like that end on a play like that, It leaves you wondering what if.... But I think we all agree we feel a little better after this series than the GMU and Columbia series. Still could have won this series but errors killed is.

Glad to see there are some positives in our 1-2 Big South start considering we are 3-9 in last twelve. Hey last year we were also 1-2 versus CCU and finished 14-7 in league, 3rd in standings and lost in the championship. I am confident with new lights, staff and more $$$ we can expect to improve on those numbers soon.
