That is awesome in summing things up. I have already admitted I was wrong about Royer. I don't have to like the non-conf schedule, but it certainly built the team's confidence to where they compete every game in the conference.

Who sends emails of encouragement to our coaches.

Great point and a very good idea. I'll take you up on that challenge- maybe we can add the coach's email addresses in our links sections for each sport. A good way to let them know we're behind them and their teams. I've done so w/ the olympic sports but not the "bigs".

I hate to just follow the crowd, but I agree with intheknow 100%. We may not agree with all their decisions, but these coaches are who we have representing us and we need to keep that in mind foremost in our discussions. That doesn't mean we can't call them to the carpet when necessary, but it does mean we should show them the respect they deserve based on their position.
