all these midweek games are going to be killers........they have condensed the season and 2 during week and 3 on weekends seem to me to be over the limit. it just puts too much pressure on the pitching staff. usc lost to a real small school, wofford, last night 18-6 and hit 6 home runs, but ran out of pitchers. our young guys don't seem to know what "pressure" is and keep coming. what a bunch of hitters they are right now--- even throughout all the reserves. they are fun to watch.

Agree...while I'm sure Storm wanted to get this win going in...and felt like he had to get this win after that huge lead...there's no doubt the start of the BSC played a role starting tomorrow

Well, he had Cody Brown pitch... Cody is one of our better hitters and usually DH's. Storm is saving his arms... he knows what he's doing.

what the heck, i mean teufel and brown are pitching now. I can't remember the last time there were guys that just switched over to pitch successfully in their college careers. Most successful options come in and play both. Doolittle at Uva was a great example a few years ago. I guess i have been branded by the way baseball is played today in that you can only pitch or only be a positional player.

yeh i agree, i dont care either way if we are winning. I'm just not used to seeing that these days
