Close singled to lead off, Aanderud bunted him over to second, he moved to third on Cox's groundout to the right side and then Wimmer hit the home run to end it. We only used three pitchers today which is a plus in that we keep a lot of guys available for tomorrow but it would have been nice Im sure to get some guys an inning or so ahead of tomorrow.

You have to hope that we lose two in a row to a decent HPU team (when we haven't lost a Conference series all year)- which should be a good match-up, and then back your way in against HPU...or hope to break an 0-16 streak that has spanned 4+ years when we know we are already in the NCAA Regionals.
