The rf did lose it which is very common with fly balls at this park once the ball gets above the lights. What an ending. Fabulous pitching by Trey and Ashton is unbelievable right now. He is not getting enough credit - leads off, steals bases, hits home runs, throws guys out from the outfield, and, last but not least, brings 94 mph heat out of the pen.

Might throw Lyons tomorrow as the first three batters for coastal are switch-hitters that hit better from the left side.

Worst thing about the win is that I will have to see some of the Beat Coastal shirts tomorrow - hate those as it just reaffirms we are vs them. We need to get a lead before they go to their bullpen as their pen has always been outstanding.

That's crazy, I must have totally lost the ball when it landed. How about RU coaching challenging Sizemore tagging first on the home run trot, what a joke.

Sporter totally agree about Perritt. I've been saying for weeks that he is the team MVP hands down.

I think you have to start Lyons and ride him as far as he can go. Still have Bankemper fresh down there as well. Ashton is probably good for atleast another inning or two tom.

-Is Herndon officially out for the year? I keep hearing conflicting information. Sizemore better be in the lineup tom. thats all I can say. Do we know who the likely starter for CCU is. We've got Paxton and Alex just really struggling. If it's a righty i'd throw Taormina in there at 3rd and bring Paxton back and even put Size on first.

-I can't figure out for the life of me why we won't make adjustments at the plate. We are the most aggressive free swinging team I've ever seen. I realize we have about 6 guys with legit HR power in the lineup but we continue to kill ourselves with this free swinging.

They announced the crowd as 593, or so. 575 were on the LU side or behind the plate. The stadium was electrifying the last 2 innings.

That's the Ratfurd side you see. The middle and 1st base side were better, but not great. it was LOUD at the end though.

Ha. Bodoyle that bat did sound weird you have to admit if you were there. Not saying it was illegal but it sounded like a shaved softball bat! Who are you guys throwing today? Krh, i take it another tommy john surgery?

You see Britt's Ball bounce about 8 or 10 feet away from the fielder and bounce over the fence in this vid. I was down by first and couldn't tell,

krh? We are going with Seth Lamando - Freshman righty. Hard thrower, solid slider, mid 90s fastball. 5-3 2.95 ERA, 55ip, 46h, 26R, 18ER, 15bb, 54k, .220baa.
