Bean came in and could not find the plate.Bean is a total head case right now. It's a shame, because he has potential ML talent physically. Scott did a great job and should get the ball again next weekend. The runs he gave up in the 7th are on Toman. When a kid has thrown as little as Jordan has this year, you have to be prepared with the hook sooner and not throw gasoline on the fire by bringing in Bean.

Sounds once again like coaching, or lack thereof, may be the problem. The root of Parker's issues are all in his mechanics. Then, once he can't get the ball over the plate, he gets in his head and it's all downhill from there. Fix the mechanics and you fix Parker. That's why he's had success in summer ball. I look forward to seeing if his rookie ball coaches can get him turned around.

The pitching coach should have ironed this out by now.If our pitching coach actually coached. You guys know that these players get very little in the way of coaching, so Bean's performance should come as no surprise. The players have been out in the community and they are talking about it.
