that was really the main point. We're surviving right now but Niggs, Linza, Baker, and Evans can't be the only guys to go. I think it's huge that we get Swanson,beakler, JJ, and either Kemmerer or Forslund a lot of work against VCU because we are def. going to need more than 4 guys in the tourney. All that said this was another solid series. I still don't see us being able to win the tournament unless we get something from Tyler, especially with Doug out, anyone know the extent of his injury?

I'm just glad to possibly have a 2 seed. That puts us in pretty good shape.

things are stacking up very well for us. Charleston Southern and Coastal playing each other and and Gdub a full 3 games back of us. 1 win against radford will probably clinch 2nd place. We will have to sweep raddy and Coastal would have to lose 2 of 3 at home to CSU for us to get first place. CCu has been down this year but i dont see them doing that.

a top 2 finish would be big because top 2 get the survivors of elimination Tuesday in the first round of the tournament

you will see a good mix of forslund and beakler tuesday. forslund will be the key as dane is a veteran. im not a Kemmerer fan, but that would be nice to see him get in the swing of things. I love where our rotation is and i look for swanson to be the closer the rest of the way. We have done what he had to do in conference this year by winning our series...except coastal and have put ourselves in excellent. I have said it from the start we can get coastal this year, and if our bats get going look out because our starting pitching is excellent.
