How come they are running the camp the week before college for a weeekend. I was under the impression that normally in the past they held it the same weekend for synergy--that is, so the players from farther away could come preview the school and go to the Saturday "camp." The way it's set up now, a player from further away than a couple of hours would have to make the trip twice in the fall if they wanted to also come for college for a weekend. (Can be cost prohibitive for some from outside of an 8+ hour radius.)

The Liberty baseball staff will hold a prospect camp this fall on Oct. 6.

The camp is scheduled to run from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. with registration beginning at 8 a.m.
