I got ESPN on right now and I am pumped. I can't wait to see where we are seeding and who we are to playing. Hopefully can get that 10 seed which we deserve.

We are in the 5v12 game in the Greensboro Region...
Against ODU.
Good matchup, I think.

We never get the seed we think that we should get. Disappointing!

We play ODU, and then probably Virginia. Sounds good to me.

What, so you wanted an 8 or 9 seed and play UConn?
Or a 10 seed and play Rutgers?
HA!
I am glad we are where we are. Sweet 16 here we come.

Good point TTL. We can give both a run for their money

I was hoping that we could improve our seeding a bit over what we have been getting. I wasn't thinking in terms of who we will be playing in the second round. ODU might be beatable but not sure right now.

We play on ODU's home court.
A 10 or 11 would be great; we deserve better than 12.

Marist gets a 7 seed and we get a 12. Not fair!

It's all part of the hatin' on WBB teams with male coaches that goes on every year. Try to set the match-ups to get as many of the male-coached teams out of there. How else can you explain Rutgers being placed in UConn's bracket...Geno p!$$ed off the Queen Bee Pat Summit and now its time to pay the piper in the tourney.

Xavier got a 9 and we beat them at their place.

Marist is in a weak conference like us and their strength of schedule is about the same or a little bit better or worse than us and they get a 7 seed at 31-2. They did beat Nebraska and Utah who's rpi was in the low 20's to high 30's and those two teams didn't even win their conference titles. We beat Xavier who won the A-10 conference and JMU who was second in the CAA conference (JMU going to the WNIT) and LU beat ETSU who won their conference title and is in the dance. I believe we definitely deserve a better seed but oh well.

how in the world Rutgers gets placed in UCONN's bracket with them possibly facing each other for a birth to the Final four is puzzling.

They don't have 2 starters with torn ACLs. We are not the same team that beat them in Cincinnati. I'm not saying we couldn't do it again, but it would be tough.

Liberty's RPI was better than anyone seeded 8th through 11th.

That's all that needs to be said, we got screwed. It shouldn't matter who is hurt and who is healthy. All that matters is your team's resume, and our resume is better than a 12 seed much less a 12 seed that has to play on the opposing team's home floor.
