The Games
The Liberty Lady Flames (9-1, 0-0 Big South) will attempt to win their second tournament this season, when they travel to Thursday and Friday’s Lady Rebel Christmas Classic, hosted by UNLV in Las Vegas, Nev. Liberty will square off with Mid-American Conference foe Ball State (3-7, 0-0 MAC) in Thursday’s opening round. The Lady Flames will then play for either first or third place Friday, against either Austin Peay (4-5, 1-1 Ohio Valley) or host UNLV (3-6, 0-0 Mountain West).

I think the team flew out a couple days ago, so they should have the time change dealt with by now. I hope getting there safely and early will get the loose and ready to take 2.

UNLV defeated Austin Peay, 56 to 38.

So, the Lady Flames will be taking on the Lady Rebels tonight at 10:30 pm (EST).

UNLV will be a tough game. They have some good size and one of the top scorers in the country. Should be interesting.
