I hope everyone enjoyed my last blog, and I just wanted to update you all on what’s happening with the Lady Flames. After two weeks of practice, I think we’re looking pretty good. Do we still have work to do? Of course!

THe Scaremare story was hilarious...I remember working it last year and I was with a couple friends in the "checkered room" and we scared the entire team! It was classic.

Hello Lady Flames fans,
Since our first exhibition game is this week and I am so excited to get started, I’m starting this week’s update with the countdown to Nov. 8: 3 days! I hope to see you all at the Vines Center on Thursday night. We are excited to showcase the hard work we have been putting in, and we are all excited the season is finally here.
