CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Liberty University junior Megan Frazee (Xenia, Ohio) has been voted the Big South Conference Preseason Women’s Basketball Player of the Year for the second consecutive season by the League’s Head Coaches, Sports Information Directors and media panel, it was announced today at the Conference’s 2007-08 Basketball Tip-Off Media Luncheon at the Embassy Suites Hotel in Concord, N.C.
