CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Radford University’s women’s basketball squad has been chosen first in the Big South Conference’s annual preseason poll, as voted by the League’s Head Coaches, Sports Information Directors and media panel. The announcement was made today at the Embassy Suites hotel in Concord, N.C., as part of the 2007-08 Basketball Tip-Off Media Luncheon.

I would say that is about right...though LU still has a great shot

The first time in eleven years should be yet another reminder that we need to work for everything in league play. The days of us cruising through the Big South are gone for the moment.
