Unfortunately you are right... I can't imagine anyone but O'dell winning... even though I'm not sure she is the best player on her own team.

Fann is a lock and I would hope Carey is too.

If Megan would have been able to play half the conference schedule... she would have been FROSH and POY... assuming she didn't get "Kiseleved."

Does anyone think Megan will still get any accolades given her outstanding first half of the year?

I am not sure if she is even eligible. I think you have to play in a number of conference games. I am not even sure if they just vote on conference performance or overall performance.

Its a conference award and since she played so few Big South games before getting hurt there is no chance she'd get votes from other schools.

It would be a nice touch if she were voted 1st Team since she clearly was the best player int he conference regardless of the circumstances. But since her numbers aren't included in league stats I doubt that will happen.

I think she'll make all-freshman team...though there are alot of good freshmen in the league that played the whole year....Gotta feel bad for her that her season was cut so short, she was having a monster season.

I was going over stats last night and Megan was the only member of the Lady Flames to go over 20 points in a game this season

Megan averaged 18.5 a game and now the current players are led by Moriah's 7.6! That is amazing that no one is averaging double figures, they turn it over 20 times a game but are still winning the way they keep doing. A real team effort. They are really out-rebounding their opponents and they hold them to a low shooting percentage. Go Lady Flames.
