recruit?

I heard a rumor that LU is recruting a local player from Timberlake Christian. Don't know if it's true or not but if it is I'm disturbed. I've personally played against her and she is a good player but I don't think she is the caliber player Liberty needs to get better. She puts up good stats but that's about it.

What are the plans on Recruiting for the women? It would like to see some highrecruits come in whil the Frazee's are still here.

I would like to see a couple of "athletic" girls come in. Girls with some foot speed.

that is one thing that this team lacks is speed. Hopefully we are looking at some "athletic" girls.

That was my thoughts. This girl doesn't fit any of those standards, that is what is concerning me.

We don't need to be recruiting anyone like this. Maybe Coach Greens sees something that others don't.

I'm not sure what he sees. It's not in her athletic ability and it's certainly not in her attitude. Not trying to be mean or anything but I can say this from experience!

maybe she is a recruited walk-on? i agree we need more speed on this team.

She would be a perfect walk on. Christian kid. Local. Not a drill buster. Mean streak. Perfect. Their team did not fare so well in their tournament. She is not even the best player in the conference, or close. BUT she is a talent, if she wanted to play an ODAC school or USA SOuth school would be a perfect fit for her.

if she wants to come to LU and be a practice player, then by all means. cmon steve, just b/c she went to timberlake does that make her non-talented?. as haize said she has plenty of game to play D3, and possibly D2, but she could make an impact in practice.

set a screen for her and she nails the 3 ball... that's about all I have seen from her...
