Would you rather have a 30 second time out followed by a full media time out next dead ball?

The dead ball TOs are preprogrammed. A coach can call a 30 second TO and it becomes a full TO. Then when regularly scheduled TO arrives, it's another stoppage of play. (I think)

That’s what I’m saying. Would you rather have 2 stoppages in play or just 1? Personally I’d go with just 1 and like the change in the rule.
