Heather Stephens, the longest serving assistant coach for the women's basketball team, has decided to leave her position in order to spend more time with her family. She gave birth six weeks ago to a daughter and has a 2 year old son as well.

Best wishes to Coach Stephens and enjoy your time with your children, these are moments you cant get back later in life.

We all ready have a graduate assistant. How about Katie Feenstra, Megan Frazee, or Alyson Fasnacht. Katie and Alyson are already coaching and I'm not sure if Megan is still playing in Turkey. Of course we don't have to stick with in house people but it would be nice.

I was "prying" very close attention. I would love to see her stay on in the program in some capacity and was expressing my support for that. That is all.
