I believe Paul Carmany mentioned to me that Liberty has the third longest streak against one team coming into this game (40 wins in a row). February 19, 1996 was the last time the Chants beat Liberty, January 22 of that same year was their last win in Lynchburg

Won 6 of last 7. Looks like they've won a few "squeakers" in the BSC. We gave them their worst loss of the season down there. It should be a nice warm up for conference tourney.

Im not worried about this matchup...Liberty is on a pretty big roll right now and with the #1 seed there for the taking and the psychological edge of having never lost to them under Coach Green (an alum from down there), I think we win this one comfortably and as you said Chippy, get a nice warmup for the conference tournament

I liked the Coastal player who tried to throw the inbounds pass off the back of K.Adams then gets her shot thrown into the first row. Congrats to the Lady Flames and Coach Green. Another great year!

Interesting that Mark Kost was handling the head coaching duties tonight. Coach LeForce is a legend down there throughout the state, but has been laid up for health reasons for much of the season. Congrats to Mark for guiding a nice turnaround in the second half this season.

That was a great play (the rejection). However, in the box score Ashley did not get credit for a block shot
