The most successful program on Liberty Mountain deserves its own forum. We give Coach Green and the Lady Flames their props while breaking down their run to the Big Dance once again.

You're such a pessimist! 84-34 final.
Seahawks only score 8 in the second half and shoot <5% in second half from floor - only 1 FG.

The defense was very active tonight, actually creating TOs instead of making them. That's the best I've seen this team play in a long time. Kearney will probably be out after injuring a knee but we have an abundance of talent coming off the bench. This is a major departure from last year's thin and inefficient bench.

The twin towers of 6'4" Ashley Rininger and 6'5" Katelyn Adams were dominating in the paint.

Apparently being bad is new this year as they are coming off 2 consecutive 20-win seasons. They did play an ACC opponent to a 1 point loss this year. So this was them at their worst and the Lady Flames at their best so far this season. Let's hope the solid play continues.

WF isn't exactly an ACC powerhouse.
But 2 20-win seasons is impressive. New coach must have been left with empty cupboard
