Cary Academy sophomore Mickayla Sanders surpassed the 1,000-point mark in her career in the season's biggest game to date. Sanders scored 28 points in a 54-51 NCISAA first-round playoff win over conference rival Ravenscroft.
Sanders has 1,014 points through her first two years at Cary Academy and is averaging 21.9 points and 10.4 rebounds per game this year.

I am excited about Mickayla's arrival to Liberty. She will be a great addition. BUT, according to the Thread Title: "2103 Verbal Commit." We might have to wait a really long time (90 years) for Mickayla to get to Liberty for her freshman season.

Hey, it's rather slow here at the office. Just playing around.. but we probably might want to edit the Thread Title Line a little.

No way of knowing if she will be that good, but she looks like a player who can do a lot of the same things as Devon, so she could fill a need.
