It is often used when someone makes a particularly good (read: valid) point in a discussion. If you use it too much it makes you look like a yes man.

Not that anybody cares but I hate all the message board abbreviations...I think they are incredibly annoying.

I add so much to this board and yet you guys can't take 2 seconds to read my post and truly aknowledge it???! Instead you simply mock me.
