UNCA won the first meeting between them and CCU in Conway so a win in the Justice Center on next Monday night should pretty much lock in the Chants as the 8 seed

I hope CCU wins. Coastal is playing better, plus I would MUCH rather play UNCA.

Winthrop and Charleston Southern face off the last day of the regular season and the Eagles hold the tiebreaker there (having won the first meeting). High Point and Winthrop face off next Saturday and a win by the Lady Panthers should lock them into the 4 seed (although they split the two meetings with CSU)

HP and GW will be our cheif competition in the tourney. HP has the advantage being at home. I like Cheyenne Parker @ 6'4" - she will be FOY in BS and is and will be a load in the future - She's the anti Mackenzie Maier.

I think High Point is the closest in talent, but I am convinced the only team that can beat us in the tournament is the bizzarro lady flames team that shows up for 20 minutes or so in almost every game and fritters away most of what was accomplished by the real team. They have only managed to beat us once in conference, but they are dangerous.

I couldn't have said it better myself.

The only real drama left in seeding is if Radford will continue to slide and HPU will pass them into the 3 seed. I don't think RU will slide as far down as 6, but that could happen I guess.
I'd rather not have the host team at 3, but if we don't learn how to score more than 60 in a game, we will be dispatched back to Boiling Springs in short order anyway.

I agree. HP WILL pass RU and will get the 3rd seed. RU has a few tough road games and HP is peaking.
