WInthrop is one of three teams to beat LU since Carey Green took over...we need this win and in convincing fashion...and also they have alternated wins and losses in the first six conference games

BJ, we've definitely lost to more than just three teams since Carey Green took over. Just in the past three seasons we've lost to Radford, High Point, and Gardner-Webb.

I know that...I guess I didnt think of G-W because of their relative newness...I should probably invert that to the fact that there are three teams that havent beaten Liberty in the Carey Green era (although Coastal came close to changing that).

Winthrop scored 16 points in one game

I know they still played a good team but still... and Sly why is there a kentucky website above the Winthrop season summary?

What's scary to think is that they beat Radford... who beat us. What happened? Did Winthrop just not show up?

My thing is this... they beat Radford, but we kill them and SPS beats them 51 to 16 or something like that. That's one pretty inconsistant team. Oh well, I'm glad we had a good game

Realist will have to fill us in on that one.

If we play up to our potential each and every game game such as yesterday night are the staus quo for us as they have been for a long time. I would like to think that our talent level is so much better than anyone else. But this year it just depend on which team shows up.

WU is a strange team this year. When they play well, they seem to be able to play with anyone in this league, but when they are off, they are WAY off...as was illustrated again last night with a blowout loss to Coastal.
