LU tied 33-all with 13:43 to go in 2nd Half.

We win but what is the word on Avery with limited minutes?
I'll have the whole Sly Fox clan in College Station this Monday night when LU takes down the A&M.

Sorry for the slow reply. We went straight from the BB game to the FB game....
Avery hurt her leg in the second half. She was going for a loose ball on the floor and either tripped or got tripped. I don't know exactly what she did, but she hurt her leg. Anyway, the trainers worked with her and she rode the stationary bike to try to get back into the game, but wasn't able to do so. She was still limping after the game. I "think" she'll be ok, and she wanted to play, but just couldn't. The good news is that Kylee Beecher stepped up and played well. Her numbers don't show it, but she did a nice job battling under the boards and made some excellent passes from the post on offense. Hopefully, Avery will be fine.

The ladies are getting a better feel now. they seem to have adjusted to playing without Devon and now Avery. Emily Frazier looks determined and confident at the point and Dymond did a much better job tonight coming off the bench. Tolu's got to get untracked Rachel had two shots go in at the shot clock buzzer that went in. We may take a drubbing from Texas A&M and Baylor without Devon and more so if Avery is unable to play. Pray for a speedy recovery. Good game today. Showed a lot of heart.

I agree with all of that.

I should have also mentioned that Jelena was outstanding again. Her shot was there, and she was very aggressive on both ends of the court. She was a real leader out there today, I thought.
