I was watching ESPNU and noticed that the Bucs only lost by NINE to the Tar Heels.

they chucked up 48 three point shots and made 17. That was the main thing that kept them in the game.

still, within 9 is pretty good

i think UNC will not be as dominant in the non conference schedule like in years past.

of course they won't be...but they are still unc

48 three-pointers attempted is a record for a UNC opponent, as is the 17 made. Those shots also result in long rebounds gobbled up by CSU.

UNC is young and raw offensively inside. They still have as good a 1-2 guard comco in the country in Degraffenreid and Lucas. And they work hard; they don't just cruise by on talent like last year's senior-laden team did. That group seriously disappointed me.

When this UNC team gets Breland back at 100%, they'll be scary.
