Any predictions? I seen one that had us at 13th, which is not bad considering out early season struggles but I don't think I have ever been real happy with any of our seedings.

13th, probably. RPI is in the mid 70s, and a lot of the lower conference auto bids are in the 100-120 range. They'll gobble up the 14-16s. I'd say 14 at the lowest.

Charlie Cream projects us as a 13 playing Pitt in the 1st round.

I'll say #14, but no lower.

Like I said in another thread, I hope they put y'all in College Park, Atlanta, or Chattanooga, so your fans will have an easier time getting there.

College Park would be good, we've had some success there

College Park won't happen. Maryland is hosting and will be a one seed, meaning an 8, 9 and 16 will be there. Liberty won't be seeded 8, 9 or 16.

I think we should be a 13, which means we will be a 14 8)

I am predicting a 14 seed due to not beating a ranked team. Unfortunately when we were playing Auburn and Vandy we were shorthanded due to injuries. But remember we are in the Big South and that alone will knock us down a few notches.

It is Louiville in Baton Rouge. A very winnable first round game.

Didn't I have a thread about women's basketball and it referenced them as the #5 team in the nation?

On the LSU website, they list the tentative game times of 7:00 and 9:30 PM Eastern Sunday. Everything is still shown as TBD

I'm one of the biggest homers there is, but this is not a winnable game. Louisville could have EASILY been a 2 seed.

Any TV coverage for the game?

It will be on one of the ESPN's on a market by market basis. Don't know yet though.

I think this is not a good match up for LU. I've seen UL play and they are very athletic and quick and LU doesn't handle those types of teams especially if they press us in the full court. But it should make for an interesting game though.

years past have been very spotty where basically Liberty is shown only in the Roanoke-Lynchburg area. This year with Louisville, Kentucky should have some coverage too.

I am glad that it should not interfere with NASCAR at Bristol.

What a poor draw for LU, and if you manage to upset Lville, you likely play LSU on their home court in round two.  Good luck to y'all.
