Okay, I see what your saying. It's not unrealistic since we've done it before. It's just not very likely from a 14-16 seed with the disparity between the top 50 teams and the rest of the country. We don't see this in men's basketball as much due to the closing of the talent gap throughout men's basketball. There remains a wide talent gap in women's BB. I guess that's what I'm saying. I would have liked to see how we would have done with Emily Frazier and Jasmine Gardner in the lineup against Purdue. Unfortunately for us, Purdue peaked late in the season and we laid an egg (not an Easter pun intended). I think in 2 years we will have a really good team and may be able to come away with an NCAA 1st round win. Next year will be a little bit of a challenge since we've been spoiled to always have a freshmen star come in over the last bunch of years (Kisseleva, Feenstra, Frazee, Brown - all highly touted). Hopefully one of the incoming freshmen can be that person.
