UNCG is terrible, so we can afford to get away with 27 turnovers.

But if the goal is being competitive at the highest level, then you already know the answer.

UNCG is now 1-3 in the BSC with close loss to CSU and a 12 point loss to Radford and a win over G-W.

A lot of the turnovers (and I think this was mentioned before as being an issue) came on post entry feeds. I was at the game last night and counted at least a half dozen instances where the ballhandler tried to force a pass in to Tolu or Jasmine or Katelyn or Ashley or Catherine and the better play would have been to work a couple more passes and create better passing lanes

I will disagree about the post feeds being forced. I will say that some of the passes on drives were ill advised and executed.
Again, I can't say how impressed I am with our post players. Tolu and Garner are a nice double post threat. One of the others hit a nice 17' jump shot. If we added that to our arsenal the hi-lo game would be formidable.
I may try to use that once I land my Upward job!

That was Rininger with the 17 footer. she adds an element that is rare in post play at the women's level, and that is perimeter shooting. She isnt afraid to put up shots from outside the foul line and if she can get a few more looks, that can extend the defense and not only allow the guards more chances in the paint, but also make it easier for some of the other posts like Catherine,Tolu, Katelyn and Jasmine to operate.

If you watch Ashley Rinninger shoot in pregame warm-ups, she has a deft/soft touch and is very accurate outside the 3 point arc. Tolu and Jasmine are very good from 2 feet in, especially on the put backs, kind of like Avery last year. But the others have a little range that can extend to the 3 point line. I would like to see more offense from one of our point guards. Reagan has struggled big time, Emily has been so so and Sadalia has the best Asst/TO ratio of the 3 in fewer minutes. I like the idea of Sadalia starting at the 1 and Emily at the 2 with Brittany as a back up. The team becomes quicker and probably cuts down on TOs. IMHO Play Basketball

Sadalia has an assist?

It's not necessarily a good thing to have bigs jacking up 3's. a nice 15' jumper is great. It affords the shooter to be in long rebounding position or in position to retrieve a tipped back loose ball. That's not the case if they shoot the 3. And it clogs up the perimeter.
I saw Tolu and Jasmine both have nice post moves. I saw a lot of missed lay ups by both sides at every position

I will agree that there were plenty of ill advised passes on the drives PH...to be frank Id be fine with more shot attempts on those plays. We have the size to get those rebounds if the guards didn't try to dish off and make some potential highlight reel play (though you probably wont find much women's basketball in the Sportscenter Top 10)
