The most successful program on Liberty Mountain deserves its own forum. We give Coach Green and the Lady Flames their props while breaking down their run to the Big Dance once again.

There could have been informal warnings issued prior to the players. Refs communicate with players early on to try & avoid things. The ref could have just been following through on a promise.

There are moments that seem to stand the test of time, that regardless the duration or how much success one attains will always be one of those unforgettable occasions.
For Silver Stars second-year forward Megan Frazee, it doesn’t matter how many times she led Liberty University to a key Big South Conference victory, or that she now plays in the WNBA and overseas during the offseason in Turkey, she simply can’t escape the defining juncture in her basketball life.
There are times, Frazee admits, when she’s shooting a free throw or a jump shot and her mind drifts back to Christmas Day 1989 in Laredo.
Megan is out of action, I would guess for the rest of the short WNBA season, after undergoing arthroscopic surgery for a torn meniscus in her left knee.

Texas must have that effect on people
Joking.

This really isn't about the WNBA, but I didn't see the need to start a new thread. Megan was just named MVP of the Turkish WBB league all-star game. She had 16 points and 9 rebounds.
Several current and former WNBA players were represented. The article also mentions that she is averaging over 18 ppg on the season, which is good for 6th in the league.
Megan is all over the social media realm. It is not unusual for Americans trapped in Euro leagues to really use social media to stay connected to home.
